The full refurbishment of this home in Torrelavega has completely transformed each of its spaces, combining design, functionality and quality finishes. The kitchen has been designed to offer a practical, elegant setting, with matt-finish units, a worktop and cladding that add brightness, and a selection of integrated appliances that optimise the use of space. Details such as LED lighting and a dining area that complements the room have also been added.

In the living room, the aim was to create a cosy, sophisticated space, combining warm materials with bespoke solutions that bring personality and organisation. A glazed partition allows a greater connection between rooms without giving up the independence of each area. In the bathroom, durable, easy-care materials were chosen, with modern furniture, a continuous worktop and a clean-lined shower, creating a relaxing and functional setting.

The bedrooms have been designed with bespoke solutions that maximise storage and comfort, adapting to the needs of each space. Throughout the home, floors and doors have been renewed with elegant, durable finishes that unify the design and enhance the harmony of the rooms. A refurbishment designed to improve quality of life, combining aesthetics and comfort in every detail.
